Our Goal: Your Satisfaction
We want you to love your purchases from Eduleaf. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy.
Order Cancellations
You have 4 hours from the time of purchase to request an order cancellation. Please submit your request as soon as possible. After 4 hours, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled before it ships.
Important Timeframes
Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. After this time, your order will automatically be confirmed as complete and cannot request a return & refund.
Eligible Returns & Refunds
Wrong, Damaged, or Faulty Items: You will be entitled to a full refund or exchange if:
The item significantly differs from the website description (material, style, size, color)
It arrives damaged, dirty, or with manufacturing defects
Print quality is poor (blurry, peeling, incorrect placement)
Counterfeit Textbooks: You will receive a full refund or exchange if the book you receive is counterfeit.
Shipping Issues: Lost packages or those damaged in transit will be addressed. Contact us immediately for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-printed or personalized books are non-returnable unless defective.
Return & Refund Process
Before contacting us, we recommend reaching out to the vendor directly to resolve your issue according to their return policy (if available). You can contact the vendor using the “Contact Vendor” button on the order details page, the confirmation email, or the contact form on the vendor’s store page.
If you are not satisfied with the vendor’s response, you may submit your return request directly to us for resolution:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue (damage, incorrect item, measurements for size disputes)
Description of the problem and whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange
Eligibility Review: Our support team will review your request and may review additional communications between you and the vendor (if available) to confirm eligibility.
Resolution: If eligible, you’ll receive the following:
For product or vendor defects (wrong item, damage…), we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, within 7 business days after we receive and verify the return package.
If you request an exchange, a new exchange package will be sent out by our vendor within 3 days of receiving your eligible return package.
Additional Notes
Original Condition: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging intact.
Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping when the return is due to vendor error or item defects. In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Lost Packages: Let us know immediately if your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
