How do I place an order?
Simply browse the catalog, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, we or the seller will begin processing and packing your order.
How long does shipping take?
Total delivery time = Handling time + Transit time:
Handling time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
Transit time:
Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days – $4.99
Premium Shipping: 6–10 business days – $6.99
Express Shipping: 3–5 business days – $10.99
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may take an additional 7–12 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking link to become active.

Can I cancel or return an order?
