What is your return policy?

We accept returns for eligible physical books within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must meet the conditions outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy, including being materially different from the listing, damaged upon arrival, or not received.

 

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
  • Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return. If the return is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping may be covered. For other approved returns, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Can I exchange a book?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the original item according to our policy and place a new order for the correct book.

ORDERING & CANCELLATION

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders may be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters fulfillment or has been handed to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and the subject line “Cancel Order.” Cancellation requests are reviewed promptly but are not guaranteed once processing has begun.

Can I change my shipping address?

Shipping addresses can only be updated before the order is processed for shipment. Once the order has been prepared or shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

 

Can I change the items in my order?

For accuracy and inventory control, items in an existing order cannot be modified. If your order is still eligible for cancellation, you may cancel and place a new order with the correct items.

 

What if my order has already shipped?

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. You may refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for available options after delivery.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Shipping availability may be limited for certain address types depending on the carrier.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

 

Will I get tracking information?

Yes, when tracking is available, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking updates may take several days to appear.

 

What if my package is lost or marked “Delivered” but not received?

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly. We will assist with an investigation and determine the appropriate resolution based on carrier findings.

What condition are your books in?

Book condition is clearly described on each product page. Conditions may range from new to used, and any notable wear or defects will be disclosed.

 

Do used books come with extra materials (CD, access code, workbook)?

Used books may not include supplementary materials unless explicitly stated in the product description. Please review listings carefully before purchasing.

 

Are all books authentic?

Yes. We only offer authentic, legally sourced books. We do not sell counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized copies.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You may place an order with or without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and manage your information more easily.

Yes. All payments are processed using industry-standard security measures. Eduleaf does not store full payment card details.
